Stainless steel must have clean welds and be corrosion resistant. These factors affect more than just the appearance of the project, they also influence its performance. We provide stainless steel fabrication services from our Ahmedabad fabrication facility to industrial, commercial and processing facilities throughout the State of Gujarat, as well as other parts of India.

We will fabricate stainless steel structures, such as rack supports (frames), tanks, tables, platforms, railings, kitchen equipment and custom stainless steel components to specifications. We will also select the material type based upon the environment of the working conditions. If the client will be using the stainless steel product in a chemical environment or near moisture, we will consult with the client during the decision-making process regarding which grade of stainless steel to use. Our cutting and bending processes are conducted to provide control of the surface quality, both during fabrication as well as when installing the fabricated product. We follow proper practices regarding the heat-affected zone when welding by using appropriate filler material and sequence.

We will finish the surfaces according to client requirements. Each project has different surface finish requirements whether it’s to be a brushed finish, polished finish or industrial matte finish. Prior to shipping, we will inspect and measure the joints, edges and dimensions for part accuracy. If installation assistance is required at the job site, our team will work out those arrangements.
