Metal Purlin

Most roof problems originate from structural issues, and the foundation for all of this is typically the walls. The manufacturing process of the Metal Purlins (Metal Purlin) is designed to prevent as much of this from happening. At our facility in Ahmedabad, we manufacture all kinds of precision-formed C & Z Metal Purlin sections for Industrial Sheds, PEB Buildings, Commercial Roofing Structures and Warehouses throughout Gujarat and all of India.

All of the C & Z Metal Purlin sections for each are conditionally produced according to height, thickness and length based on the structural load calculation, Making Galvanized Roof Purlins, Heavy Duty C Purlins, Long Span Z Purlins for Large Shanty Shed utilization and Customized Peched Purlin as all are part of our regular production lines.

Purlins are manufactured by using roll forming (which rolls into a consistent shape) machines in order to achieve consistency of profile, and the alignment of holes punched is verified by the engineering drawings prior to shipment.

Materials will be verified as to the specific grade and the overall quality of the coating upon receipt by the Factory. If the coating is thinner than the specifications for use in that application it will be rejected.

Upon the production of each batch of purlins they are checked for straightness of shape and edge finish to ensure that the overall tolerances and actual measurements are held within extremely close tolerances. Any Minor deviation from this will affect the assembly of project in the field and that effect will be irreversible.

As a result of our superior service and delivery schedule planning that aligns with the erection of the structures; the builders/contractors throughout the Ahmedabad area as well as all other Industrial Locations utilize our supply of Purlins whenever possible. Our goal for all purlins produced is to have a solid support system, correct spacing of each and also to have the maximum service life possible.
