Pre Engineered Building

In Ahmedabad, we produce Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEBs) designed with original site conditions in mind. Before we begin to fabricate, we assess the land size, crane capacity or crane loads, wind factors, and future expansions of the building. A Pre-Engineered Building is not just about the steel sections of the building. It is also about how far apart you space the bays, how you choose purlins and how you connect them together. We manufacture both primary and secondary members of the PEB building in-house and supply complete PEB structures for all space needed including factories, warehouses, process plants, commercial buildings and all space needed for storage throughout Gujarat and India.

Our scope also includes all PEB structures such as industrial PEB structures, warehouse PEB structures, prefabricated PEB factory buildings, heavy steel structural PEBs, mezzanine floor PEBs and galvanized C and Z purlins. Each structure is manufactured to approved drawings and to the structural load calculation for that building. During fabrication, we ensure that the welding, alignment and thickness of the weld plates conform to code. Our dispatch schedules are staged to the job site so there is no confusion at the time of construction. We also provide erector support as required by our customers.

We are finding that many customers throughout Gujarat and other industrial areas are choosing PEB's, because it reduces the amount of time required for installation and minimizes the amount of materials that are thrown away in waste.
