All pre engineered buildings manufactured by Phoenix utilize good quality steel framing which is engineered/supported to span between columns to create space for the roof to be able to carry building loads, wind loads and operating equipment loads. We manufacture wall and roof panels which are resistant to corrosion; do not require much maintenance; and have also been manufactured using engineering principles that will enable them to withstand any type of weather. The dimensions of our buildings, vertical heights of our buildings and layouts of the buildings are based on our clients specifications to optimise their use of usable space and workflow through the buildings.

The addition of optional features such as mezzanine floors, skylights, industrial racks or overhead cranes is possible during the fabrication process.

Fabrication occurs through a defined series of steps that include cutting, welding, assembling frames, and painting. Prior to leaving the shop for delivery, each piece will be verified for fit, alignment and quality.

On-site erection is very efficient because pre-measured components allow for fewer errors during installation. The alignment of the base, frames and fittings of panels will all be closely monitored to ensure that the overall structure maintains its integrity.
