Often much of the floor space available to factories remains unused and production demands are at their highest point, requiring manufacturers to reconsider moving to another site. Rather than move to a new site, many manufacturers are looking to increase their production and storage space vertically. We specialize in Mezzanine Floor Platform Fabrication Works, creating mezzanines at our workshop located in Ahmedabad while providing support to warehouses, manufacturers, packing plants and distribution sites throughout Gujarat and India.

In order to fabricate a mezzanine floor, we consider the floor loads that will be applied to it. If the floor will be used to store racks or machinery, or used for pedestrian traffic, then that load will dictate how we design the mezzanine structure. We will also establish structural design upon determination of where we will be placing columns on the site, the size of the beams before fabrication and the thickness of the deck sheets (deck) as well as how the deck and beams will be connected to the columns.

One issue that we encounter frequently is that existing factories have floors that are not level and therefore do not have a uniform floor-to-ceiling height throughout the factory. Therefore, we double-check the measurements of the existing floor in two different ways.

We fabricate built-up, mild steel, mezzanine structures, support frames, stairways, handrails and decking systems to meet approved layouts. We cut and weld all structural components in sequence to ensure accurate dimensions throughout the process. We clean surfaces (blasting) and apply a primer before shipping.

Prior to commencing installation of the fabricated mezzanine on site, we check the vertical alignment of the mezzanine and the load transfer points to verify that we have installed the fabricated mezzanine correctly.
