The way in which metal fabrication is completed depends on how well the actual cutting action occurred. The greater the number of imperfections created during the cutting process (e.g., rough edges and dimensional shifts) the more complicated the next step will be to put pieces together. At our shop in Ahmedabad, Laser Cutting Services are provided to clients throughout the state of Gujarat as well as in India that focus on clean-cutting profiles and precision dams in industrial applications.

The following services are provided by our Laser Cutting Service: the cutting of MS and SS, CNC sheet metal cutting, and the bending and custom profiling of sheet metal materials. Before we produce laser cut parts from DXF drawings, each drawing will be reviewed for correct scale, and the thickness of the material will be verified prior to loading on the machine. This practice prevents us from producing waste and/or having to re-do any work.

The laser cutters we operate have the ability to cut MS and SS, and other metal sheet materials, to produce parts with very sharp edges, while also minimizing the amount of burr created on the parts. The importance of maintaining the proper tolerances exists for those parts that will require fabrication (e.g., welding or bending) either at our facility or by our customer's facility, to create a proper fit when completing the assembly of parts.
