Industrial Sheds

The outer appearance of a steel structure may seem straightforward; however, executing a steel structure involves many factors including: load calculation, lighting requirements, roof top wind pressure, movement of cranes within the structure. In fact, every one of these aspects can affect the overall stability of the building. Therefore, we manufacture Industrial Steel Structures at our Ahmedabad Manufacturing Facility that will stand and operate as intended, by the actual conditions of usage, and not just the dimensions found on a construction drawing.

We are providing the design and manufacturing of a variety of Industrial Steel Structures including: Mild Steel Industrial Sheds, PEB Industrial Sheds, Prefabrication of Warehouse Sheds, Factory Sheds, Godown Sheds, Tin Sheds, and Storage Structures. Column height, bay spacing, roof slope and purlin sizes of purlins are all determined by the intended use. For Example; generally, warehouses will require a clear span across the warehouse for storage; but, in a production facility, if the use of a crane is needed, additional support may be required within the structure, and therefore we will design the structure accordingly.

The cutting, welding, drilling, and surface preparation of all materials are all accomplished in-house, along with the inspection of all structural members prior to arriving at the job site for erection. At the job site, we will assemble the structure starting with anchoring the columns in place, ensuring all columns are plumb and aligned, and then attaching all galvanized C and Z purlins, and finally completing the roofing and cladding.
