Fabrication Service

Om Enterprise has been providing fabrication services in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, since the year of 1985. We have completed many small structural jobs and have worked on many full-scale industrial projects throughout Gujarat and some other states throughout India. We offer fabrication services that are site-specific, practical, and designed around actual production requirements. Clients do not typically come to us for decorative work; rather, they seek out our services when they have structures that need to support a load and be able to perform for an extended period of time.

We carry out heavy industrial structural fabrication, MS structural fabrication, and stainless steel fabrication with detailed planning. All drawings are reviewed and checked prior to commencing any cutting and the material's grade is verified during the inbound part of the process. We construct industrial factory sheds, pre-engineered buildings (PEB), mezzanine floors, prefabricated warehouses, and factory roofs based on what is actually needed on site; we do not construct them using theoretical measurements.

The roof sheets for the various industrial sheds and roofs that we fabricate, as well as the PEBs we create, have a sequence of fabrication, surface prep, dispatch, and erection processes that are matched up to the project schedule. Additionally, we can assist process industries with custom fabricated steel structures.

We receive the majority of our inquiries from clients in and around Ahmedabad, and the majority of these requests are needed urgently. Therefore, we coordinate our production schedules with these client's production slots. Our fabrication services provide support to our clients who are located in and around Gujarat, as well as all of India, in completing projects to meet their needs in regard to strength, dimensional accuracy, and delivery on time, more so than just presentation.
