Roofing Shed Fabrication

Roof sheds are built to withstand heat, rain, wind loads and continual exposure to the rigours of manufacturing. Our Roofing Shed Fabrication is produced from our fabrication facility in Ahmedabad and provides service to factory, warehouse, workshop, parking lot and commercial buildings throughout Gujarat and India. Before we start fabricating, we provide a real assessment of site conditions versus just work from standard size drawings.

The following items are reviewed before we begin fabrication: (1) span width; (2) roof slope; (3) structural support point.

Steel frames, steel roof trusses, steel support beams, steel purlin structures and complete shed structural frameworks are produced according to project specifications. The thickness of the sections used and the spacing of the members is carefully selected to provide structural harmony. In order to limit distortion on long roof members, we cut and weld in an expected sequence.

When fabricating the structural framework, we also consider arrangement for fixing the sheetmetal. Proper overlap and/or provision for support under the two sheets of roof will greatly reduce the potential for leakage through the roof.

Surface preparation and application of primer before shipping will greatly enhance the ability of the finished product to resist weather exposure.
