Industrial PEB Structural Shed

Industrial sites require ample speed and adequate clarity in regards to their structure and space planning. We are executing Industrial Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) Structural Shed projects through our own production factory located in Ahmedabad, and distributing these structures for plants, shops, warehouses, and commercial storage projects all over Gujarat and India. We will ensure that our PEB shed structures are lightweight yet strong, allowing for an uncomplicated installation and future maintenance.

We start every Industrial PEB Structural Shed project with a representative technical discussion between our customer and project team. We discuss the width of the span, the elevation of the eaves, the most critical wind load, how load is assigned to the roof and the weight and type of equipment placed on the roof. Our fabricators will fabricate the built-up columns and the tapered rafters using controlled welding processes to ensure proper alignment prior to being shipped out the door. Each of the connection details are checked with a high level of scrutiny by our personnel; as even a small movement of the bolt holes will delay the erection of the PEB structure. This is performed at the manufacturing facility.

We fabricate and deliver the secondary structural items such as Purlins, Girts, Braces, and Sag Rods in accordance with the approved design. Prior to applying surface preparation and primer coatings, we consider the site conditions under which the structure will be erected. We will also organise the dispatch of our product to the site in the order that is scheduled for erection, which will reduce the amount of confusion on the job site.
