The CNC machining process of basket centrifuge components is carefully controlled to ensure a precise fit between components and to minimize vibration during operation. All critical parts are precision balanced before assembly to reduce vibration during operation.

To improve the efficiency and longevity of the basket centrifuge, proper seals, discharge mechanisms, and corrosion-resistant surfaces are used during the fabrication process to extend the life of the basket centrifuge and reduce service interruptions caused by maintenance.
