PEB Structural Industrial Shed

Industrial expansion requires buildings to be erected quickly while remaining functional and durable for many years. We create PEB Structures, or Prefabricated Industrial Buildings, from our fabrication shop located in Ahmedabad for factories, warehousing, distribution centers, and processing facilities throughout Gujarat and all of India. We design all our buildings based on A primary focus on providing structural balance, efficient load transfer, and a practical erection plan.

PEB Structures are designed based on an initial review of all conditions impacting the project, including clear spans, slope of roof, wind load, and how each structure is going to be used internally. If the building will include an Overhead Crane, then PEB Structures will design the columns and rafters accordingly. All built-up sections of the structure are built according to a controlled welding sequence to ensure that all parts remain in their intended position after fabrication. We also carefully check all base plates and connection joints to make sure they will match up with each other at the time of installation. Correct bolt location at the time of installation minimizes the amount of time needed to erect the building.

As part of the overall structural package, we also supply secondary members such as Purlins, Girts, and Bracing systems. All members will have their surfaces cleaned and coated with primer before they are shipped. We will provide the proper delivery order for all of the steel to match the sequence that the structure is going to be erected, thus creating a better way to manage the handling of the steel once it arrives on site.
