We create structural frames, roof support systems, mezzanine platforms, equipment support systems and any type of shed extension. Before fabrication begins on any project, the site has been measured and drawings have been reviewed. The columns already present, the foundation elevations and the load points will be verified prior to the start of fabrication. A small discrepancy at this stage can create a significant issue during the erection phase.

During fabrication, we perform our cutting, drilling, welding and assembling operations in an anticipated sequence, maintaining dimensional accuracy so that on installation all members will be able to be aligned as intended. For MS structures which will be in direct contact with the elements, we will properly prepare the surfaces and appropriately apply a primer coating to provide maximum protection against the elements. If the client requires that modifications be made on the jobsite, our team will facilitate this with proper supervision.

We provide clear communication relative to project schedules, do not overburden production beyond capacity, and will work to ensure that we ship our product on time with well-organized support for contractors during their erecting process so as to ensure that contractors are able to complete their work without any delays.
