High Grade Galvanized Purlin

Galvanized purlins are an essential component within all types of steel-framed buildings. Our facility located in Ahmedabad manufactures top-quality galvanized purlins that can be utilized in the roof construction of industrial warehouses and factory buildings. Quality checks are implemented at every stage prior to shipment. Clients will choose the thickness, coating, and physical profile of each of their purlins based on roof load requirements, the span between supports, and environmental considerations.

Purlins can be produced in a hot-dipped galvanized configuration C and Z profile. Galvanized coatings offer sufficient rust protection even in humid and/or industrial environments. Clients receive purlin sections that are identical in shape, size, and dimension. Lengths and end cuts of purlins will be provided using site installation drawings so that installation delays can be minimized.

Purlins can be supplied ready for installation. Contractors may bolt or fasten directly to primary frame (MF). We frequently coordinate with the civil and structural team to ensure that the foundation for the roof and the roof are aligned so that the amount of rework required once the project reaches site is minimized.

Purlins manufactured by us provide support for roof coverings, lateral stability to the structure and will prolong the life of the structure in which they are installed. We offer these high-quality purlins throughout India for use in the construction of pre-engineered buildings, industrial warehouses, and storage facilities. We maintain sufficient stock of purlins at our Gujarat commercial location to allow for immediate shipment within the state. Purlins will also be shipped to other states as required by each project’s timeline.
