Factory Sheds

The first consideration for a factory owner is machines; the second consideration is the structure that holds everything together. This order creates challenges/obstacles for a company. A factory shed should enable and support production flow from the first day of operation. Using our facility in Ahmedabad, we manufacture Industrial Factory Sheds that reflect actual industrial operation in Gujarat and across India.

We manufacture Factory Sheds made of mild steel, PEB factories, prefabricated factories, heavy structural factories, and Industrial Steel Roof Systems. The decision on the width of the span, distance between columns, and the height of the roof is made after consideration of the load of the machine and the internal movement within the manufacturing area. If an EOT crane (Electric Overhead Traveling Crane) is anticipated there will be adjustment in the strength of the beam. Additionally, if ventilation is a critical aspect of the design, we will provide ridge ventilators and a slope on the roof to facilitate proper airflow.

All material types will be chosen during the procurement stage. All structural sections will be cut, welded, and checked for measurements prior to shipment. All galvanized C and Z purlins, roof sheeting, wall cladding panels, and anchor bolts will be installed at the site in the proper sequence to ensure proper alignment and verticality during erection.

Many manufacturers in Ahmedabad cannot afford to expand their production facility all at once; therefore, we will design Factory Sheds to accommodate future expansion. This eliminates the need to disassemble any portion of a manufacturing facility in order to accommodate growth. Our ultimate goal is to create strong, functional Factory Sheds with a long-term lifespan. A factory shed should help facilitate production rather than limit it.
