Modern commercial construction has a methodical approach with an emphasis on efficiency and accuracy. In Ahmedabad, we fabricate a variety of pre engineered buildings that are specifically designed for use as commercial storage units, warehouse, factories, and other industrial uses. The goal behind each building is to create a robust, long-lasting structure that can be built quickly, thus minimizing the time a standard building takes to be constructed and the amount of time that operations will be disrupted.

Our pre engineered buildings consist of fabricated steel frames designed to support the weight of the roof, the lateral wind loads on the building, and the weight of the operating equipment. Therefore, any of the roofs and wall are made of materials that are resistant to rust and that will require very little maintenance. In addition, our designs are flexible allowing our customers to choose from a number of options; size of the building (length, width), height, and spacing (distance between columns) to create the best building possible for their specific operational needs.

The fabrication process is done in a very systematic manner.

Steel shapes are cut, welded, and assembled to very precise dimensions before receiving surface treatment/primer to protect against corrosion. All components are checked for alignment and fit prior to dispatch, which allows for the erection of the structure on-site to be done smoothly. Wherever possible, base level, frame alignment, and panel fit will be monitored closely to ensure that the structure maintains its integrity.

Optional utilities for example conveyor supports, crane systems or racks can all be added during fabrication. Each project will be inspected for structural strength, finish/appearance and safety prior to the delivery of the product.
