Pre Engineered Building Structure

The failure of larger industrial development projects is primarily due to structural problems (ability to withstand load), expansion, or layout changes, rather than to any fault in the machinery. An effective Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) construction plan eliminates structural weaknesses at the pre-construction stage; our pre-engineered building (PEB) manufacturing plant located in Gujarat, India, manufactures these types of structures for industrial use throughout the state and for other states throughout the country.

At our manufacturing facility located in Ahmedabad, our company manufactures PEB structures for industrial facilities such as warehouses, factories, and commercial structures as well as prefabricated steel building frames. Each PEB structure will be designed to accommodate the required span, wind load, roof slope, and/or crane load based upon structural engineering calculations rather than by guessing.

Pre-engineered building structures are composed of primary members (e.g., columns and rafters) that are manufactured using precision cutting methods and controlled welding processes. Secondary members (e.g., galvanized C purlins and Z-shaped purlins) are installed in accordance with the construction plans developed by our engineering department. Cladding, ridge cap, and gutter systems are installed in the appropriate construction sequence during the erection of the Pre-Engineered Building Structure to maintain the maximum amount of strength in the structure.
