We fabricate heavy fabricated steel cantilevered & supported members, continuous beams and heavy column systems from our facility located in Ahmedabad, India, in order to service Factory, Process Plant and Infrastructure Projects throughout all of Gujarat or India.

Every project starts with an analysis of the drawings and the design loads. Connection details, base plate thickness, stiffener placement & weld type will all be reviewed before the cutting release of material. Each of the four major phases of production; plate cut, drilled, fabricated and welded will be controlled by checking for dimensional accuracy along the way. Any misalignment that may be created by the nature of fabrication will be corrected immediately, rather than be aligned at the site after fabrication.

Heavy members require a specific welding sequence due to material distortion. We develop a weld schedule to limit the potential for distortion during production and thoroughly inspect all critical connections visually and dimensionally prior to cleaning and applying primer.

Effective transportation logistics is critical to effective fabrication execution. Oversized fabricated elements will also have discharged in secure planned lots to support the erection sequence of each project.
