Galvanized Purlin

The strength of a roof is ultimately determined by the quality of the purlins supporting it. At our manufacturing facility in Ahmedabad, we produce Galvanized Purlin sections intended for use in industrial buildings such as factory sheds, pre-engineered building (PEB) structures, warehouses and commercial buildings. Using the correct section of purlin will influence the long-term performance of a roof.

We offer a variety of Galvanized Purlins including: Galvanized C Purlins, Galvanized Z Purlins, C and Z Purlins, and high-grade Galvanized Roof Purlins, all manufactured to specification for minimum thickness or based on loading requirements as specified in the specification for the project.

Before any roll-forming operation begins, we assess the quality of all raw materials utilized in the purlin system. Throughout the manufacturing process throughout the production process, coating thickness and galvanization uniformity are verified and validated. Hole punching operations are performed per the approved project drawings in order to maintain structural alignment of the purlins at the job-site. Purlins sent to the job-site with incorrect hole spacing could cause delays in the erection of the purlins, so prior to dispatching the purlins, dimension verification is accomplished. Careful maintenance of length accuracy is provided to reduce the amount of adjustment required during the installation process.
