OM Enterprise was founded in 1985 in Ahmedabad, Gujarat with a commitment to construct sound and effective industrial buildings that operate as intended on site. Initially, we concentrated on fundamental structural fabrication work for local industries; however, over time we have developed into an organization that manufactures complete Industrial Structure (PEB) and provides fabrication and erection assistance.
From our early days as a small factory shed provider to now developing and delivering large PEB Shed projects, we have developed, adapted and learned from the foundation of applied learning - based on the experiences of actual, real project conditions.
Fabrication and construction are performed in ways to meet your needs for Industrial Buildings, Industrial Sheds, Pre-engineered Buildings (PEB), Factory Sheds, and Prefabricated Buildings. This includes the fabrication of structure, the construction of Mezzanine Floor Platforms, installation of sheets for your roof, fabrication of an industrial PEB shed and large structural steel work.
Some customers will provide us with approved drawings, while others will bring land or production specifications. We will evaluate the requests, identify possible industrial structural systems that would meet their requirements, and start fabrication. We perform all operations related to the Project, inclusive of materials selection, cutting, welding, drilling, preparing the surface for finish, shipping the product, and coordinating field erection activities.
All of our fabrication yard's fabricating equipment consists of cutting equipment, drilling equipment, welding stations and material handling systems. Prior to beginning production, we check all raw materials received at our fabrication yard. Structural components will be fabricated in accordance with the approved drawings. The dimensions of the structural components will be verified before being shipped out for installation, in order to minimize the potential for site corrections.
Our systematic approach to producing products involves producing multiple projects on the basis of a schedule that is dependent upon time and material availability. This approach allows us to manage all Industrial Structures throughout Ahmedabad as well as all projects throughout the State of Gujarat without unnecessary delays.
Visual presentation is not the sole factor in determining a welded construction's quality; structural integrity and function are both very important as well. All weld joints will be inspected, connection holes will be verified as accurate, and base plate's dimensional characteristics (if applicable) will also be confirmed prior to shipment. Any discrepancies will be corrected at the yard prior to shipment being made from the yard to the customer.
Industrial Sheds in Gujarat (as well as all other areas of India) require careful consideration with regard to loading calculation, section selection and providing final design approval based upon wind loading, pitch of the roof and type of usage.

PEB Systems have a clear span and expandable layout, therefore these systems can be used in many different types of applications.
As each type of project has its own operational requirements, some may require the installation of cranes, while others may require additional mezzanine space for storage; therefore, we design your building based on the types of operations you will be performing inside of the facility.
